1 Introduction

Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 8k8 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity measures. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
